Your Satisfaction is our number one goal. We will gladly exchange any unworn, unwashed item (Excludes Shoes) with the tags still attached in original packaging within 15 days.
All exchanges must meet the criteria before being processed. Exchange S&H will be the resposibility of the customer.
- PERSONALIZED ITEMS (EMBROIDERED/IMPRINTED/ENGRAVED) ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Apparel : Unworn or washed apparel items without personalization (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) can be exchanged within 15 days of receipt in the original packaging,
- Surgical / Personal Protection Masks: Masks cannot be returned.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT BOX AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER.

Note: Because Priority often involves air transport, some items cannot be shipped via this option. These items are identified as oversize, large, or heavy and must be shipped to you via freight carrier. Extra charges for oversize shipping and handling are based on weight and distance to destination.
International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express. International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local government.
